On Wednesday 5th November, the Year 4 girls were invited to BPS to take part in a Bake Off Event and what a fun day it was! Everyone was buzzing with excitement as we put on our aprons and teamed up with the BPS boys to bake cupcakes together.

The head chef showed us how to bake properly, from mixing flour and sugar to cracking eggs and whisking everything into a smooth, fluffy batter. There were lots of smiles (and a few giggles) as we worked together to make sure our cupcakes were just right.

Once the cupcakes were baked, it was time for the best part, decorating! We used colourful icing and sprinkles to create designs inspired by Bonfire Night. 

Everyone worked so well as a team, helping each other and sharing ideas. At the end of the session, we each got to take home a box of four cupcakes and they looked (and smelled) amazing! It was a brilliant day full of teamwork, laughter, and lots of delicious fun.
