We warmly invite you to our Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 5th November, 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
This event is designed to give you an insight into our Sixth Form environment and curriculum. You will learn how we support students to develop independence, manage their time and make informed decisions about their future. We will also explore how an all-girls’ education helps your daughter thrive in her final years, including access to our inspiring alumnae network and Lower Sixth mentoring programme.
The evening begins with registration at 6.30pm in Sixth Form House, followed by a series of talks, including a talk on our Sixth Form, and a former student who will share her experience of life at BGS and how the Sixth Form prepared her for her journey beyond the Upper Sixth.
There will be an opportunity to meet department heads and teaching staff to explore IB Diploma Programme and A Level subjects in more detail, helping students make informed initial choices. You will also be able to view our modern Sixth Form Common Room, The Hub, and the Sixth Form Chequers Café, as well as meet members of our Senior Leadership, pastoral and Careers teams.
