Year 4 had an exciting and memorable trip to Cadbury World, enriching their Unit of Inquiry, Sharing the Planet, with a focus on conflict within global trade. 

The girls explored how the cocoa industry is connected to issues such as child labour and deforestation, deepening their understanding of the complex challenges behind everyday products. Highlights included the thrilling 4D cinema, tempering chocolate, and writing their names in chocolate.

The Bean to Bar talk, delivered passionately by a Cadbury representative, explained how the company is working to support farmers and improve sustainability. A thought-provoking and delicious day out!
