Friday 21st June was one of the hottest days of the summer, with forecasters predicting highs of 34 degrees. Very sensibly, Mrs Mason McLeod (Director of Sport) brought the start time forward to 8.00am, allowing us to finish the finals by 11.30am before the heat became too intense.

Despite the soaring temperatures, the standard of tennis was excellent. The matches were competitive and played with a lovely sense of sportsmanship throughout.

Well done to everyone who took part and thank you to all the families who came along to support and enjoy the delicious strawberry cupcakes provided by our wonderful Greens kitchen.
