This week we have had a wonderful week hosting our much loved and eagerly awaited Scholastics Books Fair.

The pop-up bookshop provides the girls with the opportunity to visit our in-house collection of new and award-winning titles, gaining an understanding of what’s popular in the world of junior fiction, evaluating book jacket designs, marketing tools and the vast assortment of writing styles.

Mrs Wright, our newly appointed Library Technician commented: “This has been my first year hosting the book fair and I am delighted to see how much the girls love books. Their huge smiles and excited chatter are wonderful to experience.”

We would like to thank the girls and you, their wonderful parents, for supporting this year’s sale. All money raised creates school rewards that can be exchanged for library books. This ensures that the library continues to be a place of inspiration, joy and knowledge. The heart of the school.
