As part of our Bold Beginnings programme, BGS Governor Rachel Gentry will lead a session on Wednesday 22nd April 2026, 5.30-6.30pm, designed to equip our university-aged alumnae with the confidence and competence to navigate and excel in today’s online recruitment assessment landscape.

Rachel has extensive experience in business and security consultancy across a wide range of organisations, including banking, the Civil Service, telecommunications, retail, financial technology and cybersecurity. She has experienced both sides of the assessment process, having taken part in numerous assessments herself as well as designing and facilitating them for potential candidates.
