Last Thursday evening (26th February), The Alumnae and the Old Bedfordian’s Club collaborated again and held their annual London drinks together in the City at Harrild & Sons.

It was a fun filled evening, with a great mix of ages, and we were delighted at how many people were able to attend. The evening is always a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old friends and to extend networks. It is wonderful to see so many old BGS students building successful careers in a myriad of sectors; whilst the graduate market is tough BGS alumnae are all thriving and finding exciting pathways to success.    

The evening was particularly special for Mrs Gibson as she was able to catch up with some of her early cohorts who have recently graduated and are now embarking on their careers. We were also delighted to be joined by our new BGS Chair of Governors, Fleur Bassett (Surgeon Rear Admiral Fleur Marshall, FRCGP FCIPD KHP), introducing her to others in our alumnae community.
