The festive season is always a joyous time for the Greens Team as we get creative for our festive feast taking place on the 10th December.

We also know all too well how tricky cooking for the family for a Christmas day feast can be. I have put together two dessert ideas - Gingerbread Tres Leche, which can be made a couple of days in advance and kept in the fridge, and Christmas Pudding Rice Krispie Cakes, which don’t need refrigeration. Both have a simple yet really effective design and look great on the Christmas table.
