Our BGS alumnae continue to make their mark in the world of sport, showcasing inspiring success on the national and international stage.
Congratulations to Rosie Inman (2019), who recently represented Great Britain in the Women’s Rugby 7s Championship Series 2025 in Makarska, Croatia. Rosie and her team delivered a strong performance in the final, securing a 19–12 win against France. She is currently playing Premiership Rugby with Ealing Trailfinders Women. Rosie studied Biological Sciences at Durham University, followed by an MSc in Biomedical Research at the University of Bristol.
Maddie Axford (2021) continues to shine for England Hockey Women’s, scoring twice in their 4–1 win over Spain at the weekend. Maddie is in her final year at the University of Nottingham, studying International Media and Communications. Alongside her international commitments, she plays for the university’s first team in the BUCS Championships.
It was also a pleasure to see Victoria Sadler (2019) at the match, now working as a Senior Events Officer for England and Great Britain Hockey. After leaving BGS, Victoria studied Sports Business Management at the University of Stirling.
We are proud to celebrate the achievements of our alumnae as they continue to pursue their ambitions on and off the field.
