Before joining the BGS community in September 2011, my previous role was the Head of Learning Support at a British Army School in Germany. I have worked in the additional needs field for 20 years, which include mainstream schools, Learning Support Units and alternative provision settings.  

I love working with such a varied and diverse staff and student body and enjoy meeting and getting to know people from such a wide and expanding inclusive community.
