Lucy studied Economics at the University of Leeds, graduating with a 1st in 2020. She then embarked on a master’s course in Banking and International Finance at Leeds. Within her MSc, Lucy achieved a Distinction, her dissertation title researched: ‘To what extent does the Gender of the CEO Affect a Bank’s Performance in the G7?

Lucy said: "Currently, I work for Fitch Solutions, was an Emerging Markets Banking Analyst for Sub-Saharan Africa. Within my role, I provide analytical research, data, and forecasts for our clients, who have an interest in the banking sectors covered by my portfolio. Our clients range from banks, government bodies, multinational and domestic companies. I analyse the current economic and financial climates for my countries, alongside investment opportunities in their banking sectors, the FinTech environment, and the possible risks associated with their banking sector."
