Bedford Girls’ School’s Equestrian team qualified for the National Championships after an impressive display at the county qualifiers on Saturday (23rd January).

The girls qualified for the Nationals, to be held in April, in the best way possible by winning all four county titles – 70cm, 80cm, 90cm and 1m.

Representing BGS in the 70cm class were Molly Barker, Georgina Wright, Jodie Hawkes and Izzy Falle (pictured), who also won the individual county title.

In the 80cm class Georgina Wright, Izzy, Jodie Hawkes and Emily Dunning won the event for BGS, and Olivia Wright, Emily Falle, Jess Falle, Ellen Denton and Melissa Farquhar claimed the 90cm and 1m titles. Emily also won the 90cm and 1m individual titles.
