Senior School Netball

Many congratulations to Amelia Mead (Year 10), who has regained her place in an U17 training hub and U15 futures squad for Super League franchise, London Pulse.

Amelia has been playing netball since Year 4 and currently plays for MK Dons where last year they had great success as a team being runner up in the Sisters in Sport National Plate Final and winning the bronze medal in the ENG national netball competition.

After recent trials, she has been successful in regaining a place in a London Pulse Franchise U17 hub and also a place in the U15 futures squad. This is the first new tier to their Performance Pathway and will be made up of 24 athletes, from London and the South East who will train once a month in addition to their weekly hub session in preparation for next year’s U15 Games trials.

Amelia has thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Super League franchise, who have not just provided on court training but also educational inspire programs covering topics such as nutrition, recovery, women’s health and time management.

We look forward to following Amelia’s exciting season ahead with London Pulse and MK Dons.
