Pathways to Success

Our unique Pathways Programme is designed to help our students explore their interests, develop their strengths and build experiences, so they become exceptional candidates for university, degree apprenticeships and future careers.

The world is increasingly competitive; universities, employers and apprenticeship providers look beyond examination results to identify young people who demonstrate genuine passion, curiosity, initiative and engagement with their chosen field.

A cohesive four year programme, from Year 10 to Upper Sixth, students explore pathways aligned to their burgeoning interests and aspirations. Each distinct pathway, overseen by subject specialists, provides a structured framework for exploring a particular sector through academic study, enrichment opportunities and real-world experiences. 

Successful futures are rarely built through qualifications alone; they are developed through sustained engagement, intellectual curiosity and a willingness to go beyond the curriculum. Building a comprehensive portfolio of super curricula experiences gives our students a competitive edge. 

The Pathways Programme will develop the confidence, resilience and leadership skills needed to shape the future. Students will:
