Information we may collect from you
We may collect and process the following data about you:
Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site;
If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data.
Within the password protected secure areas: Parents’ portal, Studywiz for pupils, Eyrie and Webmail for staff we do not collect any data about you.
Within our alumnae area you have the opportunity to update your personal details on The Guild Reunited database. Where you choose to update your personal details this information is securely stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act).
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google,
the site in the aggregate. It does not collect personally identifiable information,
and does not track your movements between different websites.

Part of our site is provided by the Alumnae. The Alumnae homepage can be found here: http://community.bedfordgirlsschool.co.uk/.
In the secure members areas on the Alumnae webpages, members can upload details to their personal and professional profiles, book and pay for events and donate via debit/credit cards or direct debits. The information we collect to update the profiles, to take bookings and payment for donations and events is provided by the user.
